I’m Paloma, founder of Paloma Conexión. founder of Origins Connection. founder of NeuroConnection Institute.

I’ve met people who seemed to have it all. And I discovered that achieving a lot doesn’t necessarily mean knowing how to live.

For eleven years I worked in environments where calm, judgment and decisions were essential. I met people who seemed to have it all and discovered something that struck me deeply: achieving a lot doesn’t necessarily mean knowing how to enjoy life.

In 2021, much of what I had built began to fall apart. I went through a deep personal crisis, and my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.

She had always said she wanted to forget many of the painful things she had lived through. Watching her begin to lose her memories raised a question that would change my direction:

Who are we beyond our story and what we’ve learned to believe about ourselves?

That question sparked my fascination with understanding how human beings work.

It led me to study the brain, our mental systems, perception, consciousness and human capacities in depth.

And it also led me to look at myself in a completely different way.

I learned to relate to my story, move through my emotions, listen to my body and steer my mind. To recognize my own worth, trust my decisions and find within myself what I had spent so many years searching for outside.

I found peace, and a voice I had learned to keep quiet for years. Today it is part of how I share what I’ve discovered, and it has even become a music album.

I spent years trying to understand what had happened to me. Until I started asking myself something far more interesting: what am I capable of from now on?

That question changed the way I understand human development and became the heart of my work.

Today I’m the founder of NeuroConnection Institute and Origins Connection. My work comes from that fascination with understanding how we work and from helping people discover capacities and possibilities they didn’t even know existed.

Because peace is only the beginning. What’s truly fascinating is discovering everything we’re capable of living, experiencing and creating.

And now I’ll turn the question back to you: how many possibilities haven’t you even considered because you don’t yet know what you’re capable of?

There’s still so much of you to discover.

Imagine everything you could live, experience and create if you discovered capacities you didn’t even know you had.

Write to me here and I’ll get back to you so we can keep walking together.
